New Cream Bi Color Kitten

It's a BOY! :cake:

He's only 5 days old in this photo.

Another blessing has joined the Ceylon Family. This baby boy is a Cream Bi Color, homozygous lilac bi color persian. We're anxiously watching him grow to see what his future holds and were excited to see if he's odd, blue or copper eyed as well.

Here's hoping he gets his daddy's lovely odd eyes. You are in for so much fun at your house in a few weeks when this guy and McFatty start traumatizing your house.

A couple of quick questions for you Ceylon. When you say he's homozygous lilac bi-color doesn't this mean he is out of two visual parents and therefore inherited one copy of the choc/lilac gene from each parent cat?

I like Nancy am also hoping he inherits the odd eyes... is his daddy Piggy?
