:flower: Fran :flower: I remember seeing that beautiful tribute before and am so happy you shared it again. He absolutely should be remembered each and every year. I just loved the picture of him when he was younger, on the bed, looking at a book and as he grew I saw some of your expressions in his face. He will always be in your heart and as Rhona said, only a whisper away.

Hugs to you dear lady on this very difficult day. We are all with you :flower:

 :flower:  Thank you so much for all your kind words, your understanding, and for your lovely thoughts for my Kevin. :flower:
It touches my heart, but doesnt surprise me in the least.
After all, you're always there to lend support to others in sad times, share happiness at the glad times, offer help and sound advice in both the human and the cat issues that arise from day to day.
From the happy and the lighthearted to the serious and the sad, no issue or question wil ever be ignored or dismissed here.

Disagreements? Sure, we all have our own personalities, opinions and points of view; have every right to express them - and should.
These are kept considerate though, a respectful exchange that seldom falls into nastiness.
When passions are strong on any subject, frustration can set in..That is the real test, but generally always handled admirably, even when flareups do occur, as they always will occassionally. Friends disagree sometimes, here and everywhere in life.

It's not just "words" It's the "heart", the genuine warmth behind them that I see everywhere here, that makes me feel so lucky to be a part of this community of such remarkable people.
I sincerely consider all of you very and special dear friends. :flower:

Veronica, it's very good to see a post from you!. Been a very long time, hope you and family are all well.
I'd forgotten all about the quitting smoking campaign. Hope you're still on track, and if so.. congratulations! :paw:

Judy honey.. you are just SO very sweet. I love you too!.

Dear Fran,

I have looked at the wonderful page you made for Kevin and wanted to tell you, it is so beautifully done, the pictures of him, your family, and the ones of nature, flowers, amazing blooming areas and the sun and the sea, all expresses so well together your thoughts and memories of Kevin and the place he is now, in a surrounding of happiness and grace.

Of course we will all meet again with our loved ones one day, that I firmly believe that just as you do.

Have a big hug,

Birgit

Of course you can share with me as many times as you desire . It was a wonderful tribute to your son

If Death is Kind

Perhaps if death is kind, and there can be returning,
We will come back to earth some fragrant night,
And take these lanes to find the sea, and bending
Breathe the same honeysuckle, low and white.

We will come down at night to these resounding beaches
And the long gentle thunder of the sea,
Here for a single hour in the wide starlight
We shall be happy, for the dead are free.

Wow Fran that was amazing!!!! That's the first time i've seen him. With my old laptop I was never able to view things like that. He sure was handsom! I'm so sorry for your loss!

But I like what Rhona said too! Your so right girl!

Doesn't seem to matter when it happened and can sometimes still feel like it just happened. When i'm sick all I seem to want is my mom to be here to make my grilled cheese to make me better. Just never easy to get over the loss. Her birthday and the day she died and all our birthdays and holidays.

Fran I cannot tell you how nice it was to see that video you made! So beautiful! You and your husband are in my prayers! Thank you!

And someday you'll be together again. Always in your heart too!

Take care my dear friend!

Luv ya

Cindy

I was finally able to watch it...I couldn't get it at work. That was beautifully done, Fran. A loving tribute to a very handsome boy/man. I am so sorry for your loss.
