It's bizarre I just draw shapes then add to it as I paint. It's not everyone's taste maybe I have a weird idea of art. I must get back into it

I think they're beautiful too. Love the shapes used and colors. They're calming and colorful at the same time. I agree you're very talented!

thanks everyone. I get a bit embarrassed

as I am my own worst critic. But
When I asked Matt a few years ago for my birthday to the big one framed he didn't worry about the cost the lady in the framers wanted it lol. I think I am seriously creatively stifled and need to be doing a job that is creative not a receptionist.

Maybe this year I will achieve that. You have all made me smile and me happy so thank you from the bottom of my heart xxxxxx

I love these, they are fantastic Cherie, thanks for posting. I love the bold shapes and vibrancy of the paintings.
I think you need to set up a wee studio and get creative because you are very talented. I need to get back into painting, I enjoy it so much and it makes me feel really peaceful. :flower:

I agree it's peaceful to paint however in my depressive state of mind I may paint something dark but at least i can reflect back on it :lol:
